Description

During sports, the body loses water and minerals (electrolytes) through sweating. And energy is needed to provide the service. SPONSER ISOTONIC is an isotonic thirst quencher with a fruity taste for before, during and after sports to support performance and promote recovery. The broad carbohydrate spectrum (Multi-Carb Formula) and the good tolerance distinguish our ISOTONIC. This applies equally to our hypotonic sports drink, the acid-free formulated and mildly flavoured COMPETITION. SPONSER ISOTONIC contains the 5 main electrolytes sodium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and chloride. Calcium plays an important role in energy metabolism and, together with magnesium and potassium, serves muscle function. Free from lactose and gluten. This product is vegan.

APPLICATION
Suitable for before, during and after exercise. Drink approx. 0.5-1 litres per hour, depending on how thirsty you feel and how much you sweat.

PREPARATION
Fill drinking bottle (750 ml) with cold water and add 3 scoops (60 g) of powder, shake and enjoy.
