Description

SPONSER SALT CAPS – electrolyte mixture for use during longer endurance performances, multi-day stages and in the heat. 2 capsules Salt Caps in combination with water are suitable as an energy-free electrolyte drink for fasting workouts for the purpose of modulating fat metabolism. In combination with carbohydrates, SPONSER SALT CAPS can be used to make a self-made sports drink. Carbohydrate electrolyte solutions improve the absorption of water during exercise and contribute to endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise. Zinc contributes to a normal fatty acid metabolism. This product is vegan.

APPLICATION
Take 1 serving of SPONSER SALT CAPS per hour during prolonged physical activity in the heat with sufficient fluid (0.4 – 0.8 liters/h). The sodium content of other beverages and foods taken at the same time should be considered.
